Hot and spicy little slivers of 100% British beef Silverside. Like the strips o’beef it’s marinated in a warm mix of coriander seeds and black pepper with the added poky kick of Yorkshire dragon chilli jam. Pair it with a well-hopped and decent strength IPA or even a sour beer.
Slow dried Silverside of 100% British beef with our special mix of herbs, spices and added Yorkshire chilli jam. Thinly sliced for snacking and sharing.

Ingredients: Pork (155g per 100g Finished product), Seasoning (ground spices (smoked paprika, cayenne, paprika, black pepper, ginger), salt, colour (paprika extract), garlic), Salt (preservative: sodium nitrite). Filled into natural pork casings.
Ingredients: Pork (prepared with 153g raw pork per 100g finished product), Salt 1.4% (salt, E250), Red wine 1.4% (SULPHITES), Seasoning 1.4% (dextrose, spices, vegetable powder (red beet), salt, starch, E300 ascorbic acid, spice extracts, E301 sodium ascorbate), Fennel powder 0.5%, Garlic powder 0.12%, Parsley 0.08%. Filled into natural casings.

Ingredients: Pork (prepared with 153g raw pork per 100g finished product), Seasoning 6% (salt, smoked paprika, cayenne, paprika extract, garlic, pepper, ginger), Salt 1% (salt, preservative E250). Filled into natural casings
Hot Strips o’ Beef
Ingredients: Beef (prepared with 200g raw beef per 100g finished product), Black pepper 5.3%, Malt Vinegar 3.4% (barley), Salt 1.4%, Sugar 0.6%, Coriander 0.6%, Preservative Sodium bicarbonate 0.1%.
