Ever wondered how to make the perfect sausage? “Well, the good news is that it isn’t rocket science,” says British Premium Sausage Company MD Ian Cundell. “Good quality meat, seasonings, herbs, chilled water, good beer (or quality cider) and mince mix filled into the skins and you’re done.

“But beware,” he adds. “Corner cutting or using poor quality ingredients will always end in disappointment.”

Our new purpose built factory in Wakefield has 106 solar panels on the roof and utilises energy efficient lighting. We also have dedicated recycling facilities and we ensure food waste bins are available in our kitchens and canteens at all times.
